‘The Circular Staircase’ by Mary Roberts Rinehart - what book is it mentioned in?!??
By solar_heron
Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I’m gonna try. I had *The Circular Staircase* on my Amazon wishlist and got it for Christmas, but I can’t for the life of me remember why I put it there. I know I must’ve heard about it from something I was reading, but I can’t track down what book it was tied to. It’s the one about a woman who ends up getting pulled into a bunch of crimes connected to a summerhouse she’s renting, right? I think it’s from 1909 too. Does anyone remember seeing it mentioned somewhere and can point me in the right direction? Maybe in *Murder on the Orient Express*? Or *Devil in the White City*? Or *Outlander*? Even *In Cold Blood*?? I’m just stuck and it’s driving me nuts 😂 Any guesses would help. 😅
